Larema International Hotel and Suites, off Okpanam road Asaba is a place to be.
It is situated in a very quiet environment. There is a clean swiming pool,a bar, a good hall for events, seminar, celebrations , a restaurant where assorted food are served. You can be served food in the restaurant or order food directly from your room.
The suites are fully air conditioned with a television set, toilet facilities, wardrobe, reading table and chair, refrigerator, a large and comfortable bed with 4 pillows, and the rooms are fully equipped with bright light. There is intercom and directory in each room. There are additional sofa and table to relax in the rooms. There is water heater in each bathroom. The toilet and bathroom are in one place. Water supply is regular.
There is 24 hour light supply and security guards. The environment is neat and calm.
The rooms are cheap and affordable. The staff are there to attend to you 24 hours.
There are wide range of drinks and snacks in the hanging bar beside small simming pool. The swimming pool is neat and well designed. Visitors listen to both native and foreign music for their relaxation.
All together, I love Larema International Hotel and Suites Asaba.
There is access to wheel chair into the hotel. There is parking space for visitors and well fenced compound which is equipped with CCTV cameras.
There is access tarred road from Okpanam road to the hotel.

Receptionist Rita is quite welcoming...room service is great... the food is terrible but the swimming pool staff are quite attentive to your needs...recommendation: kitchen chef should probably go for a course on how to prepare delicacies...

Nice just that we need an elevator in that hotel the sportsmanship of climbing those stairs are stressful

Overpriced and an absolute rip off!!! I was welcomed by a great big cockroach that jumped out the pillows as I moved it. No hot water for a bath. Non functional shower so you are expected to use a filthy bucket that looks like it hasn't been washed in forever.

No Wifi after it has been promised then the lights and sockets stop working at some time in the middle of the night. So we are in the dark and cant even charge any of our devices and we are told by a very laid back fellow that " the fuse has burnt oga, na till morning before we fit do anything".

The sore tasting experience is capped by a one option breakfast offering that completely lacked character.

What I find most annoying is that the rooms are priced so high. So crazy!!

Just a standard hotel of Asaba standard, built with modern facilities in a developing area of Okpanam town in Oshimili North local government of Delta State.

Its rooms are well furnished and set up. The restaurant is fine. The swimming pool area is beautiful with a hanging bar, but the area is so small.

There is a hall for events like wedding reception, seminar, and all kinds of meeting.

The care park is good enough to accommodate few vehicles.

The billing is automated and staff are courteous.

Good facilities but Very Unprofessional services. Shabby cleaning. Staff training and supervision highly needed.
