This is more like a travelers hotel. Some where you can keep your head a bit confortably while you put yourself together. The rooms are nice are the price is not that expensive. Customer service is also not bad. The environment is more commercial cause there are also lots of hotels in the area. So that gives comparative advantage.

ZBass hotel is okay but shower wasn't working in my room and they switched off the light in the morning. Their food wasn't bad but going out for everything was tiring as their intercom wasn't working. Not a bad place to lodge but you need to check your room very well.

Hotel was not easy to locate,nice rooms great use of space,Bar was almost empty but amiable staff. Average service not too bad a concept.

I love this place, their accommodate is affordable and the place is very neat. It's also a very lively place.

It wasn't memorable or remarkable.
If you want a low key hotel in the city centre then you can come over to this hotel.
My experience was just terrible the rooms are not properly fumigated.

Zbass Hotel has an excellent location, Service is good . Parking is a bit tight.

Very lovely place,but can improve more, especially on the intercom service,it was tedious communicating with the reception
