Organised and structured logistic service company. They have a computerised system and they cover most major town in the country. They are fast and secure. They also have insurance plans to protect goods. Their tracking system is active and accurate. The deserve my 5 star.

Lovely environment but can be too rowdy sometimes. The logistics office is sometimes confusing. There’s another office at the street adjacent this one. I think it’s for pickup.
Customer service can be better.

Their terms are very good with their mode of handling things....I recommend anyone sending something or traveling following road either from Abuja to Lagos or from Lagos to Abuja to use GIGM most importantly...your safety is assured ✅

They are organized to the best of their ability, but they could be more- it took them a while to find my package. Also, I can't complain about the customer service, it was okay.
