Good and detailed services without any hassles. I went there to get a package sent to me from Lagos and it was prompt and quite efficient as well. I didn’t have to wait for so long before my package was given to me. They only need to update their building that’s all coz it’s looking old now. I’ll definitely use them again for prompt delivery

UPDATE: 2nd experience was worse. Do not use this service. Customer service is zero. I wish I could take out my 1star.

I used the cargo/parcel service. Extremely poor service.
At least 4 of the staff I encountered had bad attitudes. They act like it’s a free service they’re rendering. Very very poor service.
It’s just sad the kind of employees people hire.
From the front desk parcel person, to the guys in brown giving out the parcels to the security person checking the gate pass. All poor and bad attitudes.

You can book bus rides to various parts of Nigeria and cities along the West African coast. It's one of the oldest and reliable transportation companies in Nigeria. They also have inter state courier and goods delivery services.

Their office in Abuja is accessible and the staff are helpful.

The boarding point for road travelers to various parts of Nigeria using the well known n distinguished road transport company, ABC Transport. U go to book, buy ticket n travel from here. U can also do bookings online. The place above is their Utako, Abuja office in North Central Nigeria. U can board vehicles to different destination cities of choice from Abuja. Similar offices exists in cities round Nigeria. ABC Transport has a fairly good reputation in freight for humans n goods.

Your Abuja customer service rep in the cargo section is the best I have ever met or seen in the Nigeria road transport section. So friendly, smiling and willing to help. Weldone, even my husband and other customers commended her. From Jkcleans services

They always kept to time especially for their night bus and most importantly, they are security conscious. Just that their toilet that allows only urine begins to smell after like 6 hours into the journey for those sitting at the second end of the luxurious bus.

Our interstate road trip was pleasant with them and we were able to get into the rural areas to onboard cash agents for a Fintech client. Driver was security conscious.
