Nice Hotel with excellent customer service. They are in a very good location. They have a front desk staff named Yahaya Amidu who possesses excellent customer Service skills, they try to ensure you are comfortable and satisfied. There room cleaners too are very on point, they ensure your room is diligently cleaned and aways ready to assist.

It was noisy, the generator was so loud and when I spoke to the staff about possibly changing my room, they were rude.

Vyndresa Hotel is a nice place and we’ll located in the heart of Garki area of Abuja at UYO crescent. Neat environment and affordable prices. If you don’t want to go far from the central business district of Abuja then this might just be a perfect place for you.

Im from SA and travelled to Abuja in April 2021. A friend recommended this hotel. I had the most amazing awesome time. The entire team was most friendly, hospital and welcoming. The gentleman at the reception delivered excellent customer service at all times. The management team welcomed us with extreme hospitality. I cannot express my sincere appreciation for the excellent service received all round. It was a pleasure staying there and I would recommend anyone to stay there. The rooms were impeccable and AC provided excellent assistance since the weather is hot in Nigeria. I will definitely always use this hotel when in Abuja.

The staff were friendly, everything was working well in the room but i wonder why there’s no electric jug and tea bags in the rooms. Thats the norm in all hotels i know. I didn’t get to eat in there because i didn’t see any menu in the rooms and i didn’t bother to ask. Other than that, the location is perfect. i enjoyed my stay and i recommend.

This is like a second home for me, very private and cozy. All the staff, ranging from the reception desk to the restaurant attendants, the door men, the security men at the gate, the laundry guy, all friendly people. Made me feel very much at home. Great Hotel, excellent service and reasonable prized. I highly recommend to anyone visiting Abuja.

Attendants are not friendly, A/C not working, Room Keys not working, Receptionist lying, No major station subscribe to on the Hotel Cable, No buckets in the bathroom, don't like their system
