A walking distance from the international conference centre and right behind the transcorp Hilton. You are at the city center here in Area 11. Great location for business and other things. Rooms are neat. Not bad for the price

The service is just average. The rooms are quite comfy and the A.C's are chilling. Spacious enough... I sure love spacious rooms though.
The convenience is just okay.

The shawarma is so amazing, and very affordable.
The travel agency upstairs will help in your itinerary plan
the location is just what you need to navigate around Abuja without stress.

Silver Land Hotel is located in a hidden place. Sometimes the map will show you entrance from the express but there are not physical entrances from there.
You have to make a turn rightward if you're coming from area 8.
