Prompt pick up station/mini mall. Good parking area within the compound even though the street is ways crowded with cars.

Very rude security guards at the gate. Inconvenient parking area, very far and down the hill from the Konga office entrance. If you have any joint of leg issues for walking you will be in pain for just getting up the hill. Also, during the hit hours, sweating profusely is guaranteed. Even if you see some ordinary cars parked near the office entrance, never mind, cause if you do the same for just quick pickup of your order, you will be harassed by the security like the worst criminal and no excuses will be accepted. Mobile network is very poor in the area and POS payments are not possible most of the time, bank transfer option requires long wait for a payment confirmation from the HQ.

Visited asus laptop support in the building. Very terrible service. The support even after 2 week couldn't give us feedback on the situation of the system taken there. Its really a bad customer service for Asus in Abuja, Nigeria

I've bought several inverters from Konga in past few years. They are good. Their customer relations is superb.
