Transcorp Hilton is a very nice place for both business and private engagements. The environment is serene and neat, the staff are professional, the rooms are posh, tidy, and well maintained. I would recommend it for any body that can afford their premium services. The place is quite very busy but you might not notice because of the efficiency in service delivery. Won't be bad for weekend getaway even with the family

Obviously one of the best places in terms of hospitality in Abuja. The sculptures at the water fountain were indeed superb and I was fortunate to be there when another sculpture, THE FACE was donated to the hotel management. However, take note of the parking tickets, it is affordable anyway. But the service, environment, location and security - top notch.

Very lovely and secured Hotel. Good ambience and polite staff.

Lots of room options to choose from ranging from single rooms to suites.

Good varieties of tasty meals with options for vegetarians, suitable for family visits of all age.

It also has a big swimming pool and very spacious with a smaller pool for kids.

Transcorp Hilton Abuja also has a well secured parking space for more than 1000 cars as well as dedicated parking space for the disabled/wheel cheer users.

Easy use of all facilities within the hotel premises by wheel chair users and disabled.

Lots of recreational sports options ranging from badminton, lawn tennis, basketball, table tennis, football etc.

Multiple spacious halls for events of all sorts.

A functional night club and Karoke lounge.

Also a big arts an crafts market within the hotel compound for unique Nigerian souvenirs.

I had an awesome experience in this hotel. Rooms great and clean. Excellent staff, friendly and professional. Location great.
My daughter and I had fun overload during the Easter at Transcorp Hilton Abuja.

The place is welcoming and the security officers are very customer friendly. I asked for a direction I did not know and the officer in charge showed me the way happily. The place is beautiful and accommodating and also comfortable to stay. The experience was wonderful.

Whilst the hotel itself had good amenities, the quality of service by staff was appalling. Right from check-in to post check-out. The check in process was appalling, whilst I understand that they were busy on the particular day, a lot of errors where made which led to being charged twice and still haven’t been able to get my money back. No one is willing to communicate internally I had to request the receipt from the front desk to send to the department that deals with credit payment and despite receipt evidence they’re still insisting on charging for no show on a cancelled reservation.

And God forbid you’re sitting by the bar or the pool side by yourself as a solo black female then you’ll not get any service from any of the wait staff (apparently it because every black female in are apparently escorts). For all the 4/5 stars hotel I’ve stayed this is definitely the worse experience I can remember.

Still amongst the top rated for the city, in my opinion.

One-stop hub for all things hospitality: comfy rooms, accessible in-house services, customer care that's 24/7, reliable concierge services, access to in-house games courts, the pool, gym, restaurants, bar, a complimentary breakfast spread that's a true smogarsbord of Intercontinental+ Nigerian servings, the luncheons and buffets, and my recent favorite, the view of the city from the newly renovated rooms...

The range of activities on the weekend, from the sip-and-paint, to dance classes, art exhibitions and culture nights, is hard to rival.

Great service.
