I had the worst experience many years ago on virgin Nigeria. I was so afraid to fly air peace but my goodness. I'm glad I did. Fantastic flight, very smooth, on time, very clean. I'm so impressed.

Customer service is properly organized with guests required to pick up numbered slips in order to ensure prompt and fair service. The customer care agents are quite courteous and really helpful

It was my favourite airline, but recently everything was changed,
Delays and there is no announcement about this issue; they just kept us waiting with no notice.
It becomes my last choice

Started off good but overtime their services became really poor. Will reschedule your flight a thousand times like you have no place important to be and they do it without remorse.

Air peace operations and customer service has been steadily declining recently. How can you delay someone's flight for 4 hours with any explanation. Air peace that used to synonymous with prompt flights have now become the King of delayed flight.

Do something about it fast before everybody boycotts your airline

Air Peace started operations like the first nation airline and some of us found it difficult make a choice of prefered on either. Branding and service deliver then were so excellent.
Today AirPeace acts and think they are so big that they do not need VOC! There is no official, assured and reliable contact points for feedback, complaints but just money collection points. Your CSC now picks and drop calls under the guise of bad network. This cancerous growth should not eat too deep in this organization as the fate of such is known. In your race for profit and growth be ethical, remain service orientented and excellent. You are loosing the resillence and becoming gradually like every common others in the industry.

This number is a fludulent activity the try to play me
