It situated in a quiet serene environment and there facilities are modern, in addition there customer service is alright...the only Issue I had with them is the fact there were lots of mosquitoes especially in the Diner just next to the kitchen area you could literally see them everywhere man it was really terrible

It was a very homely experience. No external sign posts you get the feeling that you are just visiting with friends.
Complimentary breakfast good enough to start off with but not to be taken far into the day.

The entire place needs renovation. Really noisy ac, no hot water in bathroom and it wasn't pleasant to look at. The staff were nice though.

Good calm small hotel
Staff are very welcoming and always smiley
Reception is very helpful and supportive
Near Jabi lake mall in case of any needs
Unfortunately, don't have other means like Gym or Swimming pool
Rooms are good and accepted

Staff are very good and helpful
Room network is not good, wifi is on and off, electricity issue is on and off, toilet need maintenance

Serene, Sweet, perfect location. There is a need to be more visible though given it is impossible to identify the location of the suite if you don't have a prior knowledge of their location. Buffet! Nice staff! Clean Environment! smooth and fast internet connection!

Horror! Absolute horror. They practically have just 1 receptionist and one or two security guards at any point. So, the bulb in your room goes out, the security guard changes it; the water heater isn't working, the receptionist fiddles with it knowing he has no solution and then begins to persuade you that the water which is very cold is warm enough.
Service which is the bedrock of hospitality is ZERO or possibly less here. The environment is dirty. The curtains in the rooms do not extend to the full width of the window so any one could take a peek in your room if they are passing. Oh, and the staffs here should have no business working in the hotel sector. Scam!
