A very small gym, it's inside sedora park, they offer cardio, aerobics, spa among others, no swimming pool, very limited outdoor work out, is right next to a restaurant which is extremely testing, overall let's jus say they are OK, they open everyday, and usually have weekend early morning sessions

Great staff, averagely priced gym with nice outdoor activities and bang opposite sunnyvale estate, Abuja.
