The service was poor. Power was epileptic. The menu was very limited. Television channels were restricted. The best thing about it was the location.

Pearl manor has nice rooms.

Electricity is a major issue here, when there is no general power supply, they rarely put on the generator during the day, if you’re okay with sleeping in the dark sometimes you’re welcome too.

However, their food is nice

Not really impressed with the services. Their bed makes a whole lot of noise when you sleep on it

Very calm and serene. There's a quiet bar and a swimming pool for relaxing when you're not in your hotel room but still want to be around the hotel.

Location: Secluded, quiet not exactly easy to access though as you need to get into a gated community and then find your way through the maze of streets to finally get there.

Service: it was okay, staff were courteous and helpful. Rooms were clean and their rates were very affordable.

My experience: some basic stuff was lacking like toothpaste and soap, tea or even cups in the room. Had to make several requests from staff to provide them

It could be better! The environment is honestly not well maintained, ambience is beautiful but it needs proper maintenance. Staffs aren't easily accessible, especially at night.

Standard keeps falling, the maintenance isn't as good as it used to be. The ambiance is still good, it has a homely feel to it. However, the service needs to be improved
