The garden area is pretty well laid out with good spacing. However, the service was very poor. Horrible experience. First off, it was a problem calling the attention of any of the waiters long after finding a seat. Once successful in calling their attention, I ordered for a mocktail, "Pineapple Sunrise" and a pizza with chicken. After a long waiting period, I was brought some sort of drink that was nothing like pineapple sunrise. If you check my uploaded photos, you will see the white iced drink that was brought. The milk flavour in it was so conc., I could smell it from afar. If anyone does a simple Google search of pineapple sunrise, you will see multiple images of the drink. What they brought looked like frozen milk. I called the attention of the waitress u0026 she said that's how they serve pineapple sunrise there. I told her to call someone from the bar or kitchen. The person she called also reiterated that what I was served was what they served as pineapple sunrise. This amazed me as pineapple sunrise is a popular mocktail u0026 it was clear that what they served me was not only pineapple sunrise, it also had no pineapple in it. If they made a mistake, this would have been okay but their complete ignorance baffled me. I could not phantom how none of them new how it was meant to be. I opened up my phone to show them what it looked like. They said what I was given is what they were trained to make. I told them to return it u0026 give me my previous order alongside an ordinary juice rather than the pineapple sunrise. After a long wait, the waitress came to tell me that I was to pay for the returned drink else, they will not complete my order. I requested to speak to her manager. She went gallivanting allover the place only to tell me she could not locate the manager. I stood up u0026 left the place.
