I didn't believe I've been passing this very location by as nothing till I attended a wedding there. Their infrastructure is too notch, the front office and lounge is beautiful. The pool area is exquisite with lots of seat-about for people who just want to enjoy the view of the peaceful water. The place was thoroughly designed well and all spaces were used judiciously.

I would have been more comfortable sleeping under a tree than in any of the rooms here.

Once you get over the ugly and often conflicting decor, you will then come face to face with the most incompetent and dishonest hotel staff you’ve ever dealt with.

The AC in the room my partner and I stayed in didn’t work. We called at least 8 times within the span of 24 hours and as I write this review, exactly 24 hours after we checked in, the AC IS NOT YET FIXED! This is after I had to go downstairs and complain.

The bathrooms are creepy and dirty. There is no hot water and the toilet is so bad that it wobbles when you sit on it. ALSO! THE WATER IS CHLORINATED! DON’T STAY HERE IF YOU ARE ALLERGIC TO CHLORINE.

The food is meh.

The kicker for me was when I had to tell the cleaner dressing my room to change the sheets. Like, he laid the bed and was placing the duvet back on it without changing the duvet covers nor the bedsheets. He seemed surprised when I asked him to put new sheets.

Anyway, TL;DR: DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL. THEY DO NOT TAKE CARE OF THEIR GUESTS, SERVICES LIKE AC AND WATER ARE NOT GOOD! GO SOME PLACE ELSE!!!

The hotel is enjoying its past glories as the facilities are old and poorly maintained. The towels I was given was worn out and torn. We paid for buffet for lunch, only to be served as restricted as if we were in a 'mama put'. I will say the hotel has great potentials as the structure is already there, just maintenance and the service needs improvement

A classy hotel, from the lounge, to the restaurant, to the hallway, down the poolside, to the canteen, and to the elevator, and the rooms, Sandralia is simply the place to be. I spent 2 lovely nights here with my family, and we enjoyed every bit of it.

Very nice place for accommodation, excellent room service, well equipped gym and exotic bar, well landscaped with enough parking space. Just be sure to check your balance first before visiting

The scenery of that hotel is remarkably beautiful. Their restaurant was, I would say, okav. But they need to improve on it. If you don't come out on time for the complimentary breakfast, you're gonna have to mange what ever you get.

Love their Gym, their bar, their Suya spot, Swimming pool.

One word - maintenance

It is a nice hotel but the have a maintenance issues, the place still looks neat but you can if you pay attention to details like me you would notice.
