Good hotel layout but standards seem to have dropped, I had higher hopes from pictures u0026 comments seen about the hotel before my arrival. Though the staff seem to be trying to give good service, management has a lot to do; bed sheets seem like they have been in use since 1970, door locks faulty, little roaches running all around, communication in some rooms non functional, the list goes on, but on the flip side, I enjoyed every meal I took at the hotel, I would rate a 4star for the meals alone.

The hospitality is gradually slipping away.
But on personal level, the staff are great

Like the place is not functioning well. The rooms look old and some of the facilities are not in good condition.

This place is extremely run down. We lodged here and they didn't even have running water to shower! Maintenance is lacking and that's why it's so cheap in a central location. Save your dignity and go somewhere else.
