Tasty and fresh food. Good ambiance with outdoor dining. The waiters could be better trained and more attentive.
Something should be done to ward off the flies though.

The staff are a bit sluggish but the food is great. Takes a while for the food to arrive. So don’t go when you’re at the point of death kinda hunger. Portion is alright. Love the serene setting. The beef fried rice was delicious but the Chinese noodles had too much salt and too much green peppers which made it taste a bit bitter but other than that I enjoyed my other meal

First trial. If you like well spiced meals. This is certainly not for you. So many flavours going on in the food, couldn't place the taste of the rice but the idea of meat in the rice was cool, the chicken didn't taste as I would love chicken too. Too many veggies.

Mandi rice from city view really slaps differently. Had it with combinations of chicken wings, Turkish chicken shish taouk, and beef suya. I musta say one of the best I’ve had so far, definitely calling again.????

Although they don’t do deliveries but you can easily get riders/dispatch folks to help pick up for you

The outdoor option is lovely!
The meals are fresh and generous and the waiters are friendly.
Would recommend any day.

I have always seen images and videos of the City View and I was so excited to be visiting. Imagine my surprise when I found out I always pass the gate going for business around there and never suspected they were in there.

They share the place with the great Imperial Bakery (wonderful bread makers). So the City View finally!!! Quiet smaller than I anticipated. But beautifully arranged to accommodate guests.

So we got settled in and took our time with the menu. Chapman and water first to relax and expect the meal (no alcohol. Real sad). So we ordered bread and hummus (chickpea paste) and it was so good. First time trying it. When they said bread though, I saw huge loaves coming my way but too bad it was all air and felt like crackers. Maybe that’s the idea? ????????u200d♂️.

Main dish was Garlic Steak and Chips and then my host had rice and chicken. To be honest, the meals were filling but I think I didn’t feel the steak and chicken well enough coz it was lacking something for me. I thought it wasn’t spicy enough so I dipped in the pepper sauce by the side and my o my!!! Never doing that again. So hot!!!

Anyways, it was a good experience. I’ll just suggest a few things:
1. Make hand washing a priority and provide options asides the toilet for guests to wash their hands.
2. I understand they are dealing with a close space but they toilets are small and close to the dining. Very neat toilet with essentials but if someone clogs that toilet by mistake then dining ends.
3. Have other options for payment as the POS gave guests hell.
4. Your staff need to keep it down a little and avoid shouting and barking orders everywhere.

In all things, it was the promptness for the meals, the bill was very decent, the food was filling and the ambience was great.

I also noticed they handled a lot of takeaway meals. People coming in numbers to pick up their orders and no one left disappointed or waiting too long. That’s great service there.
