Your service is poor. It takes 3hours to treat malaria. I have been to your Hospital 5 times and I always have a regretful experience.
But I know you can do better. If you improve your customer service.

Best at what they do. Quick response, Wheelchair accessible entrance, neat, equipped with modern facilities, great medical team that attends rapidly to patients. Nurses are not only trained to take care of patients but they also give assurance while treating you. Their matrons are the best. Good doctors too. Infact, this is one of the best hospitals in Abuja.

This hospital continues to deteriorate, the customer service is abysmal and half of the doctors are rude, after so many complaints to the owner, nothing’s changed ????????????????????????

Big spacious Nice looking hospital nd and having a walk way part to walk around the area modern made machines with good looking doctor on board

The cashier is never at his duty post.
You can never find him whenever you go there for payment, in other to get medicines from the pharmacy.
Even the registry guy too, always unavailable to give out files.
Services are poor, almost generally.
Specifically, Wuse zone 4 branch.
