The market is fairly new and there's not a lot of traffic. Few businesses exist here. But almost all of them are located towards the first few blocks in the market. The blocks at the back mostly are not in use but few are used as storage for businesses in other locations. Shop rent here is N200,000.

Things are not as affordable as they ought to be. But the construction plan was done in such a way that you could easily locate goods and avoid the back and forth that tend to happen in congested markets.

It's a very clean my market. Not crowded at all. The prices here are very fair and you can get literally anything from here.

The Kubwa Modern is a very beautiful and modern market. Very much unlike the typical Nigerian marketplace that is crowded and stores often seem poorly planned. All the buildings are made of bricks and the structures are solid and we'll planned out. There are tarred roads around the market and a big parking space for cars. Clothing and shoes can be bought here. There are also very great tailors operating in this market.
It's also a secure place to own a business since it's located within the Army Estate in Kubwa.

The market is quit alright but it's still developing and you can buy shops there for good prices before it get expensive
