The hotel may nave a good physical structure but unfortunately the management has next to no policy for guest satisfaction. Only one towel in a double room?? And when I ask for an extra one I'm told there's none??!! After paying seventeen thousand Naira??!!!

Superb hotel, good and neat rooms, lowest rate is 17,000, intermediate is 18,500 and above. Cheerful staff, bed and breakfast, everything works well.

Bunch of untrained staff!. Lodged here on 21st May 2022 with my fiancée u0026 we stayed in room G01.
at around 9 PM two male staff opened my door using the master key card without knocking or calling the intercom u0026 my fiancée was half-naked! with the excuse that they could perceive smoke coming from that angle of the hotel. Funny enough neither I nor my fiancé smokes. For the whole night, we felt unsafe sleeping in our room, and couldn’t wait for morning to immediately check out!
This was my first time here and will be my LAST!!!!

I love this place and there is free wifi, and breakfast. their rooms are very spacious.
