This is a moderately built facility befitting its immediate environment. Parking lot is relatively adequate. Room rates are affordable, friendly staff and neat property. Getting to the place was, however, very challenging because KAS Guest House was duplicated in another location where it didn’t exist in Kubwa. Such duplications affect the accuracy and potency of the map.

Quiet, serene, spacious. Very cool place and constantly chilling. It's a good place to work as you chill.

Very sereine and clean environment. Water heater, AC, 24hrs light, nice staff. Great place to stay... I recommend for anyone who is on a business trip to Bwari and Kubwa areas. Very affordable too.

It's a very nice hotel with a wonderful ample environment.

It's nice. Though the ACs go off when power fails, but the solar and inverter kick in immediately the fans work, and the power rarely fails. Food is a bit expensive but it's really good, rooms are affordable.
