Great, friendly service. Rooms are comfortable and clean and a decent price. Food is a little expensive but has a good choice.

I strayed out of my comfort zone a little and was pleasantly surprised by the Residency hotel.

It's in a very peaceful area and very secure. The room I stayed in was spacious, didn't smell weird, was clean, and had a balcony. The bathroom was a little odd, but just because the WC was down what seemed like a long corridor when you opened the door ????

The staff were very polite and friendly.

Cons:
The wi-fi was almost decent. I couldn't watch Netflix or do zoom meetings, but I could chat and scroll through IG and TikTok.

They refused to microwave my food because I brought it from outside ????

Cool swimming pool sit out area. Some fair parking space, though could be challenging if fully booked with guest having vehicles. The general area is a very busy with lots of government and private sector offices around and a thriving night life

Needs great attention...towels are well over used, should be replaced. Breakfast served less of the value paid for.

All residency hotel is nice but I actually prefer the one in Garki. The last time I took a client there they gave her the upper room it was really frustrating to get up the stairs lol. She never came down till the next day. And hey, there's this small electric grand piano at the reception which needs proper attention. I wanted to really play it but it wasn't working. So I'm giving it a 4 star. Forgot to mention it's a clean environment with all staffs in order.

I really like this place. Got the Executive Luxury Weekend Rate and I think the room is worth the weekend price. I don't know if I'd be willing to pay full rates though because my room was on the 3rd floor and there's NO LIFT! I felt sorry for the staff member who had to carry my heavy boxes up the stairs, but other than that, this is a really nice place.

Don't be too quick to discount this place due to its location-it actually is a nice and quiet place...and it has a beautiful pool.

Basic, clean hotel inside the city. It's practically next door to NDLEA and is a perfect place to stay over if you have meetings there.

The room we stayed in 3105, had the opening of the bathroom door obstructed by the large comfortable bed so we had to scuttle around it.

Also although we booked and got a confirmation from booking.com, it took a while for the staff on ground to access the details of out booking as the person with online access was not available.

Water was hot, AC was cool, room was adequate. All in all, a nice stay.
