Located in Port Harcourt Crescent and easily accessible to many parts of the central and other parts of Abuja.
The courtesy of the staff welcomes you to neat, spacious and cozy rooms that are well maintained. Portable refrigerators in the room with daily complimentary supply of the beverages and water got to me. The TVs have ample options of stations.
The restaurant is responsive and offer a wide variety of meals that get to your rooms within 5 minutes. The complimentary breakfast too is good enough.
Despite all these, there is neither a gym nor swimming pool on site. The parking space is limited and the markings too narrow for parking of individual cars. While Rosebud is serene, the noise of clubbing from neighboring hotels might be a minus.
There are no plans parking, walkway, ramp or lift for the physically challenged though.
I would want to give a 3.5 cos of these important negatives.

Hotel Rosebud is a great medium sized hotel. It's great, especially for those who want to have quality service. Their rooms are well equipped with standard furnitures and appliances. And the environment is quite neat too. They have a thriving restaurant that serves local dishes. But they don't have a swimming pool.
It's a great choice for people who want to lodge on a budget, and those that enjoy the night life because of it's proximity to two popular clubs/joint.

The beautiful Hotel Rosebud is located in a serene and peaceful street (Port Harcourt crescent). Customer service is top-notch, and the hotel is well decorated and clean.

Although the equipments in the restrooms are a bit rusty and old (at least the one I used), the room is conducive and comfortable for a nice stay. Also, the food I ordered is sufficient to quench hunger but not quite tasty, and satisfactory.

I should also mention that the hotel's location offers faster access to the other parts of Abuja town. I'd recommend you check out the hotel on your next trip to Abuja. Cheers!

Hotel location was good bedrooms are okay, toilet and bathroom very old for the price of hotel. Limited toiletries in bathrooms, lack of antibacterial wash during covid and after Covid.
Howevrr, nice food at the restaurant. Manager very friendly and polite and some good staff on site.

Clean environment, courteous smiling and very helpful staff. Reasonable tasting food.
Bathrooms are too tiny. No shampoo, conditioner, soap, toothpaste, tooth brush, comb, shaving kit, sewing kit, indoor slippers, bathrobe, so bring yours.

Clean and spacious room with good furnishing. Nice king sized bed in a standard room. Located in a busy area with shopping malls.

The old wall ACs need to be changed. Beautiful lights at night. The location is good to access other places in town.
