Reporting based on Room 107... The booking was quite easy through a phone number posted on the Google page. The room is ok and was at the rate of #16,500 (fair considering the location). However the bathtub was broken and water flowed out when bathing. The staff are friendly and welcoming.

Pros: The rooms are tidy. The staff are friendly. Constant power and water. Fairly priced(16k for the least room). The environment is serene. There's a barbing salon on site.

Cons: The kitchen is very limited. One room didn't have a working AC was moved to another room and that one didn't have a fridge. The Tv selection is terrible. No complimentary breakfast. No free WiFi (or at least i wasn't offered one).

Located on a very quiet street, Falak Grand Hotel has parking space, an outside lounging area, spacious rooms, concerned, good staff and fine services.

Good location but poorly managed. The staff are trying their best but the management is worrisome.

So Falak hotel appears to be more like a guest house to me, their room prices are ok compared to their services.
You want to know the Price? Ok... It's from N5,000 to N7,000 as at the time I am making this review. If you are a socker for a clean and Seren environment then I suggest you rethink staying at Falak. I couldn't sleep on the one and only night I stayed there because the bedsheet was old and dirty, bathroom was untidy too and yea, you should only think of Falak when you have no other options or stranded like I was the night I slept there

Services are terrible to say the least. Needs a lotta improvement. Too pricey for the standard. My room was bad, AC not working, took over 1hr to have my room changed, with unremorseful and carefree non-professional Receptionist. Not ever gonna advice anyone to lodge at Falak Hotel. It’s a waste of your hard earned money.

Well, the area is Serene Greenish as well accessible to routes of fct. FALAK Grand Hotel is a good choice to have a well deserve tranquility.
