Zero aesthetics, uncoordinated staff, poor customer service. Poor value for money.
I called by 8:00am to preorder Fisherman Soup (the only meal I eat there whenever I’m in Abuja) and was informed that it will be available from 12:00noon.
I got there by 12:05pm, only to be told that it is unavailable and will be ready by 2:00pm. The person I spoke with was nowhere to be found; not like he could make it available any sooner anyway.
I had a 3:00pm flight to catch, thus waiting was not an option.
To say I was highly disappointed is stating it lightly.
