First time I’m giving a review about hotels and that’s because I usually let things slide. But for this hotel, it’s a capital No for me. The so called executive room given to me was terrible. Stuffy, with damp smell, couldn’t make normal calls inside my room and don’t even get me started on the internet connectivity. The hotel Wi-Fi wasn’t working. Even with my own data and airtime, browsing was almost impossible. Before I could get the room aired, another story. No AC remote, meaning for everytime I needed to control the room temp, I’d have to stand up to switch it from the wall socket.
Last last, I ended up having cough just from one night stay in Excel hotel. Thank God I survived it.

A nice hotel with wonderful workers. Workers that takes good care of their guests very well. Most importantly, a manager that managing very well. Excel hotel please keep it up

The environment is nice and without noise. The rooms are spacious. It is indeed a nice place to work or relax but you actually do both at the same time depending on you.

More to be done, you guys didn't work on your wifi so for that 2 stars lift is working ones in a while, so you guys can improve

Nice, clean hotel. Services are prompt and the staff polite. Great value for money

Not bad, but porters not readily available. Also on two different occasions, my change was held by the staff for days with the claim they couldn't get change. This is irritating because if I want to tip a waiter or hotel staff, I should do it willingly, not under such compulsion. Pls they need to caution their staff about this.
