Decent Restaurant with nice meal processed in less than 20 minutes. Decent but small sit out for drinks and chats with friends perhaps for guests only. Parking space not so much in the extension wing but perhaps adequate for the number of rooms and guests. Only one room visited but seemed fair enough for it's budget perhaps.

This review is based on 5 nights stay at their 15k room.

Pros: Constant water and power. Outwards look is quite standard. Rooms are affordable (15k for the least room). Location was favourable to me. Food wasn't bad. Tv selection was quite good. They have a barbershop, a bar and a business centre on site. Polite staff. Feels secure. Toilet was in really good condition.

Cons: Doors did not have peepholes (should be a basic security level). The rooms looked quite older than the outside look. Most of the fixtures in the room (tv, fridge, sockets) all needs replacement due to age.

The reception lounge is welcoming and thevfront desk staff are pretty courteous. The restaurant is beautiful just as the meals are tasteful.
...but the rooms are below expectations. The furniture in the rooms are too old and ugly. The wardrobe specifically is from way back. The bathrooms needs upgrading and bedsheets are of low quality hence needs to be replaced. The towels are pretty old and worn out, they need to be replaced too.

The hotel is located in Juba Street, zone 6 in Abuja which makes it easily accessible to town. However,the appearance of the hotel from outside is different from the inside. Their least price is 15k which I feel the room should be at worth the money.

The bed sinks,wardrobe is relatively very old and bed stand is slightly broken in the room I stayed.

For a pricey food, that doesn't come with anything only protein. You guys can do better, not even salad came with it. And it wasn't that nice.

The hotel is affordable but the management is poor, the mattress and bedsheets are very old. They charge you extra for their staff to deliver food and drinks to you. The environment is very noisy. The worst part water is never available and the water heater is not working, their towels are old. Practically nothing is working I stayed for five days I regretted ever lodging in an hotel with poor management and facilities.

Judging from the gate keepers and reception, the staff are warmly and ready to render services or assistance to their highly esteemed guests.
