Not going to rate this place as it should go unrated. First thing about a hotel should be how neat and tidy it is. Guests shouldn’t leave the comfort of their homes to smelly bedsheets, pillows and duvet including smelling rooms as a result of decayed or rotten food left overs by previous guests in little corners of the cupboards and drawers. Most of the staff have no actual training and do not know any other way to behave than be rude and uncouth the other few were pleasant and willing to work. Overpriced meals, overpriced rooms, nothing matches the amount paid. You won’t get your money’s worth.

A fine place, though lousy with wild characters as guests. Unstable electricity supply too. Very noisy especially in the mornings.

Great place for solo or business trip to Abuja.

Located in a serene location in Wuse Zone 6, close to the popular Berger bus stop and Novare Gateway Mall

It was nice..but a little pricey for service offered. And i found it tiring that on occasion, services i tried to hail via intercom would be unresponsive.
I was pleased however with the front desk's prompt response on any issue i complained about...
But hey, who likes to have to complain all the time?
That's right..no one, or mad people..

It was very poor place always offing the gen at night and saying no disel. Why can't you guys buy diesel to do business

I literally just checked out. Very Terrible service. No toiletries in the bathroom. I called the front desk to request for the toiletries and he kept arguing that there is supposed to be toiletries in there and I should triple check. Then went ahead to send someone up to insist on entering the bathroom to actually confirm before giving me said toiletries. Front desk says it is hotel policy. So upsetting!. Well, never again;

I totally forgot to snap pictures. Maybe it is because it is just an okay hotel with basic amenities and it does not necessarily call you to take pictures. It is a nice budget hotel in town.

The staff we met were very polite and helpful. The rooms are clean and the sheets are also clean. They provide towels if you call front desk. I didn't check the meeting halls and we didn't order food from them.
One problem though, they need to work on their plumbing.
