The Hostel is moderately good in terms of structures present, with constant Power supply (light) and water and a mini football field for exercise. The security level is good.

It's a nice place located inside Ahmadu Bello University. It's a hostel for students of the great University.

At Oba Akenzua Hall. It's a post graduate hall, the environment is quiet and very conducive for learning with 24/7 strong Wi-Fi connection. Indeed it's a privilege to have been here.

A serene and beautiful environment but old and dilapidated buildings. Talk not of the lavatory, don't get near if you are squeamish and finicky. Compare it with student hostels in Nigeria and you give it a 4 star. Compare it with hostels in developed countries and you give it no star. So, I give it 2 star.

This is one of the students hostels in Ahmadu Bello University. It is a male hostel for postgraduate students. It is very large and even has good parking space. It has a sports court where students unwind by playing football, basketball or volleyball. Some people just go to this sports court to relax at night.
There are shops around here to support student life.

Akenzua Hall is on of the Male Post Graduate Hostels of Ahmadu Bello University Zaria. It is located in Area A staff quarters very close to the North gate which is the school’s main entrance gate. It is a very old hostel and as at my last visit was in serious need of renovation though It has adequate security and water supply. Akenzua Hostel is popular to both postgraduate and undergraduate students because it has one of the best koko (pap), Kose (beans cake), doya (fried yam) and denkeli (fried sweet potato) joint on campus.

Very nice environment, less noise, available water source, highly matured room occupants and neighbors. Best "Koko da Kosai" in the main campus available at Akenzua!
