This is a first generation university, and one of the best in Africa. Its has produced great men and woman who are outstanding in their filed of studies, the university is large and offers varieties of programs. A very great university, With several faculty departments.
The structures are unique, old but still looking new, due to well maintainance. Its really a nice university to study

Established in 1962 and a first generation university, it is the best in Africa.
You will often be proud to be associated with this university because if its glories.
It offers diverse courses in different field of studies and offers admissions yearly to thousands of students.
They have the oldest serving lecturers and the building of the university is enduring considering the number of years it has stayed.
The maintenance level on the structures is moderate and good too.

The largest university in sub-Saharan Africa, and is known for the slogan"Naturally ahead" It is a remarkable conventional university that has an unbeatable infrastructure and beautiful vegetation lands. The University admits students across all the 774 local governments in Nigeria including International students.
Getting admitted is competitive and there are no enough hostels for students.

Ahmadu Bello University is a wonderful school. I wish there were more ways for new people to identify a particular place apart from asking other people. You know like a road map or board you see at the entrance. It would make movement quite easy.

This pictures you will be seeing is just showing the part of ABU garden and part of the back of Queen Amina hostel. Actually the garden is one of the most important landscape the school really tried on maintaining unlike the hostels even though a greener environment is healthy for living and part of the garden is mostly used for jumma'at prayer due the vast environment and the garden is not to be entered when its 6pm. You may like to visit the school to see for yourself. Also you will see part of the pictures showing the entrance of the mosque.
