Absolute waste of money. Hotel staff stupid and rude. Not ready to assist in anything. Staff Sleep before 10pm and would never answer to phones, if they managed to get up..would literally ask you to sleep till next day to get attention. Knocks endlessly like mad people on your door. Staff need training or outright change.

Moderate pricing, location is pretty good because it is on a major road, you could easily moss the sign post if you are not careful.
You could get a discount on some rooms if you ask.
Staff are courteous and respectful, it's a moderate place depending on what exactly you are looking for.

Wi-Fi is said to be free but poor especially in the apartments having the 300 u0026 400 series numbers I.e rooms that are not in the main hotel building. Should think u0026 plan on changing out the noisy window AC units. Apart from the aforementioned, they are doing good per its 3 star status.

Did not have such a good experience... they put me in one of the sleaziest rooms I have ever seen. Their so called Executive suites had no running water and the other had a gaping hole where the AC was supposed to be. Left after one terrible night. They do have a cool pool area though, hence the one star.

They need to work on the hotel... On a Friday night there sit out bar was empty... I have never such experienced my life and to make matters worse the receptionist remove her wig cap and keep it on top on her desk... Jesus is Lord????

What's happening to the management?
Do you people know what it takes to get a structure standing and running??

TM Palace Hotel is a nice view very comfortable, the staffs are very accommodating, very nice people. The only challenge I have with TM Palace Hotel is the Wi-Fi. Is not working and I hope they look into it and do something about it.

Neat and well planned and spaced buildings with separate event halls with good security in place
