Went there for a training so didn't get to use their hotel rooms but it was nice. Has free WiFi and the staff were corteous

Poorest customer service I've seen. Quarrelsome staff. Poor restaurant service.
How can a hotel serve guests with stale foods? And to make matters worse, the meat served was bitten by God knows who ???? drew the attention of the manager and all she did was be defensive instead of apologise.

Close your hotel, if you're not willing to offer satisfactory hospitality to your guests ????

It was really difficult locating, especially for someone coming into town for the first time, The rooms are okay but I experienced mosquitoes for the first night, service was quite slow, if you're not really patient, you could loose it.

The hotel needs upgrade, the room facilities are gone, bed dead, sockets not working . I can say the hotel is dilapidated.

Experience there was not cool.
Water heater was bad in my room and I notified them from the first day I checked in. And nothing was done about it till I checkout. Exhaust smoke of there generator was entering the room which made my stay unpleasant for me. Food was poor in general. Environment was clean , wi-fi network was bad and was not working all through my stay. Not was done about it.

The worst hotel iv ever been to in warri. I certainly don't recommend anyone to lodge in that hotel. Mosquitoes will find is u first of all. The AC doesn't cool, fridge doesn't work, bathroom light doesn't work and room service is rude and always late to attend to ur complaints. Imagine serving dinner by 10pm after ordering it the previous day.
