There should be more improvement on there services. Room was unkempt, the bathroom was upside down and mosquitoes everywhere. The AC in most rooms doesn't work and I won't blame the for the duration of power supply because it's not easy keeping up with that right now...

Teri Hotel and Suites is a good low cost hotel accommodation for those seeking a low budget hotel accommodation, it's pricing is fair enough but still, one could get a better accommodation nearby for same cost or cheaper. The reception by staff member is a bit ok but sure could be improved on, the facilities would surely need some upgrade to be able to compete with others at its operational level. I had no regrets with my stay there, as I needed a place just to lay my head for the night and that I got good enough.
If you don't mind anything less than classy, then sure you'll enjoy your stay here.

Mosquitoes are everywhere. Not so good bathroom. Electricity can be a major issue and big generator is only switched on from 7pm.

Moderate services with good rooms. They keep up with constant electricity supply and i their services is commendable.
