Signatious hotel is better for it's outdoor service mostly on Sundays. They have a really nice pool and on a sunny day, that's a great place to be. But I don't recommend their hotel service. They have great food though ????

They are fraudulent, after buying swimming pool pump,pool transformer, fountain pump and valve from me.they refused to pay me my balance and switched off the phone. Be careful not to be scammed

My stay was indeed beautiful and I had to come back there for a family buffet only for my fiancé to engage me that day, infact the staffs were helpful during the engagement.
And just because I love the scenery of the place , I came back wanting to do my pre wedding shoot there, I was stopped and I’ve spoken to the manager about this before which he gave me his word and now the receptionist is telling me otherwise, Owk give me the manger number she said no. And up till now I haven’t done my shoot... I hope the manger sees this☝️ And get back to me and of course I will be satisfied and very happy to do my shoot there! Thank you

This is the worst hotel in Warri
I regret taking my guest to this hotel, 35,500 naira for a single room no power supply no water the management is a thief God will punish all of you in that hotel

Really really nice.. Lives up to its name, with brilliant trees and brick-style walkways and a pool, that surprisingly isn't as blue as it says on the poster(it was green). I totally recommend, if you've got the cash to shell out, cause it definitely isn't cheap.

The hotel is secure and beautiful, the food is yummy. There’s complimentary breakfast, free access to the gym and swimming pool for all guests lodging. There’s constant power supply
The hotel has a hall for weddings u0026 other events, I believe it’s the biggest hall in Warri or even delta state at large
And the location is perfect. It is 8minutes drive from 3Battalion Effurun Barracks, Warri,
10minutes drive from the Naval barracks.
5minutes drive from the mall and 5minutes drive to Osubi Airport.
I will be visiting whenever I’m in warri
