AC in the suites aren't in good shape. TV was changed twice. I had to be taken upstairs and down just to find a comfortable suite. The WC isn't working. The bailer is broken. The landlines aren't working. Anything I wanted, I had to come downstairs for it. Yet, no price cut. So annoying and stressful

The hotel looks beautiful on the outside but offers poor service. From gen going off at night to the receptionist asking me to bring bucket from the 3rd floor to fetch water for a 20k room. I'm definitely not lodging there again.

I stayed here for a night and I can say this Is the worst hotel IΓÇÖve ever been in ,rat infestation, algae and mold in the bathrooms and ceilings, dirty bed sheets, no wifi and very poor service , I would recommend that the full hotel be shutdown and revamped

IΓÇÖm giving 5 stars because of the manner of approach of the lady at the reception and Supervisor, theyΓÇÖre really nice girls..!
I usually do not like to post negative, but letΓÇÖs do this .
GT mines!! From the outside, The hotel looks Attractive , when you go Through all the rooms, youΓÇÖll like them! But the moment you check in ! YouΓÇÖd Regret this!
The beds are expired, theyΓÇÖll put off the generator for hours which will result to No water! They had to help me fetch water to my room!
TV and AC are old !
They didnΓÇÖt change their sheets and towel for two days! No Wi-Fi!
How can one be paying 15 to 25k and get less!! I had to check out two nights after !! Oh wrong nau!

This is worst hotel in have had the painful displeasure of visiting.
There was no water!!! They claimed they were fixing the pumping machine, and used buckets to fetch water in the rooms. After we went inside they used buckets to fill the tanks and in the morning the opened the tanks like they had fixed it. And after 5mins the water was finished.
How do you have a hotel on 4 floors without something as basic as water???
The staircase is very steep and the lift doesn't work. Some of the staff are very very rude but I couldn't really blame them because I too would feel very cranky if I had to carry Several buckets of water up those very steep stairs up to the 4th floor!!! And the rooms are not cheap!! I really don't understand how a hotel of this size could have water issues that would last for more than a few hours!!

The hotel has a very cool and nice environment. It's a place I'd take a lady to on a date. Although the customer service isn't that great but the rooms are not that bad
