Yahoo Boys infested hotel, loud musical noise up till 12 mid night.
Adding to my Pain, i observed Mosquitoes and Rats in the room.

For an economy class hotel, Delson Eagle deserves a 5Star rating.
Very Affordable
Good Location
Assured Security
Good Customer/Room Service
Good Meals
Good Bar/Lounge
Good Air-conditioning
Electricity is 95% of the time
And Other Goodies That Adds Comfort

The hotel is quite affordable and well kept. No complaints about the parking space and there is adequate security.

The room I used had a functioning window unit AC and a TV. You'll be getting your money's worth when you compare the room size to the fee paid.

Typically ideal for short stay travellers on a budget.

Reasonably priced hotel to lodge. Facilities are commensurate with the cheap prices on offer. The rooms are manageable, sanitary conditions at per with lower class guest houses. Definitely not recommended for family lodging especially weekends due to large numbers of women of easy virtue trooping in to visit patrons.

Mosquitoes in the rooms are unlimited and the bed spreads in the room does not meet today's hotel standard.Although some of the staff are doing well but the management should carry out renovation and purchase new linens and furniture in the hotel.Get warm water into the rooms as well.

Generator is put on by 5pm when there's no public power supply.

The rates are affordable but the rooms need renovation. Plus they need to control the rowdiness mostly caused by their types of female guests and room cleaners.
