Le Meridian Marina

After landing in Uyo, my host took me straight to Le Meridian. It's about a 20mins drive from the airport.

Atmosphere- tranquil, breezy, cool and relaxed.

Settings- hilly, beautiful foliage, buildings peeking out of the greens and from the hills.

Food- there was the buffet style breakfast, lunch and dinner. I started with croaker peppersoup as appertizer for lunch (buffet) and moved to a more native dish of eba and egusi (a là carte). My host had afang and like 30 other dishes????. Delectable is what I'd use to describe their menu.

Hotel rooms- chalets scattered around and affording you privacy while making you feel at home. I didn't take good photos of the room so we'll pass but rooms are cozy with the homelike aura.

Service- from the motion sensor doors to the restaurant, housekeeping, their services are satisfactory as well as courteous.

I was there on business and wish I could have stayed back but sadly, I couldn't.

Also they've got a tennis court, golf course, a grand pool, conference hall, small offices that can be booked for meetings, nice hall, large parking space and other places I didn't explore.

They follow covid-19 safety rules????

The Jetty is pretty run down, however it's closed for repairs. so hopefully it would be reopened soon. There are some good games here - Foosball, Table tennis, Snooker, chess, Lawn tennis, etc. The food here isn't as good as what you will find in the hotel. I consider it as a point to chill off and take a break off bike riding or strolling while exploring the rich natural vegetation. just stop chill and have a cold drink.

This is part of the Le meridian and is located at one end of the golf course. Serene environment with a tennis court. Whenever you're in Le meridian, you should visit this place.

It is a beautiful Riverside, with a walkside bridge for access to canoe and boats, a bar, club and other Sit out, it is surrounded by vegetation,hills and the cool breeze from the river will keep you warm, it is an amazing place to visit

Lovely serene ,calm and beautiful Environment, the beautiful palm trees by the walk way..
The place is awesome,natural and nice.
Although their services are expensive..but it's really a good place for sight seeing

Loved the serene environment. The natural beauty of the entire complex is breath taking. Wonderful service. The Marina is truly great, I wish boat rides and water sports could be incorporated.
The games room had tennis, snooker, ludo, chess, and a host of other indoor games. The food there too is good (pricey).
Great lawn tennis courts and a state of the art golf course. Proper care of the greens was clearly seen.
Great place for a family getaway.

This is a place you can't really get enough of. The environment, food and hotel services are top notch
They also have this really nice live band and if you stick around long enough youl can watch them perform
If you haven't been here before this is a place that deserves all your coins
