One of the best hotel in uyo, very neat, spacious and affordable. Nice customer service. I lodged there when I came out of nysc camp in 2021.

Spacious bed, serene environment, poor hospitality management (AC worked a few hour , hot water heater bad, and takes forever for room service to provide you with hot water from the kitchen)

Worst lodging experience I've ever had. Cheap lodging with terrible staff and service. Customer service here is -5. The reception is none existent and very rude when you eventually find them. Cockroaches in the rooms and when I called they picked up the roaches with bare hands. I made a terrible mistake by handing over my clothes to the laundry guy who is available only at night and he brought me someone else's clothes. I'm yet to find my clothes and this is my 3rd morning. Power is zero. Yesterday I was changing when their staff knocked and opened the door. She was confused for more than 8 seconds looking at me struggling with my boxers and saying sorry while struggling with the door. No power throughout the day except yesterday they put on their gen from 12 noon to 12.30pm. The gen comes on at 6pm but u can't power the AC or fridge till 9 or 11pm. I have not charged my phone fully once. I'm writing this review with 11% battery life and the receptionist who is so rude and never smiles came to ask me to pay for another day. I went to their so called bar and ordered drinks 2 days ago, after a while I called the bar and no one answered the phone. I called the reception and she told me to go there myself. Not only did I go there I was about carrying the drinks by myself until the bar girl took them upstairs for me. There's no light in the toilet. This is a one in a lifetime experience and I am enjoying my stay here. I think the air here is confusing me.

Cheap lodging and horrible food. They don't use white sheets and there is not constant light. Not a standard hotel but at least it is in a quiet and secluded location.
