The hotel is ok to stay but serious work needs to be made on the supervisors and front desk/receptionist at the phase 2. I stayed over a night and alerted the receptionist to still reserve the room while I was at work that I would still retain the room because I’ll be working late in town and I was assured several times with several calls the room is available for me. I got back that night after closing very late from work and was told the supervisor came and gave the room out. I almost caused a scene that night but had to leave in search of another hotel. Very disrespectful and annoying. Don’t rely on them.

The hotel (phase 2) is actually ok but the management need to train their front desk officers. Some of them lack what it takes to be front desk officers (I don't want to mention names, my intention is not to get anyone sacked). The front desk is the first point of contact with any organisation if you don't get it right, you'll loose customers. It's just a matter of time.
And painfully, the uncultured staff will go ahead to get employment elsewhere after damaging the business that the owner has put in so much to establish.
A stitch in time saves nine.
I must not forget to commend one the cleaners (can't remember his name now) always ready to help and one of the Chef (very courteous and hardworking) I understand she has been moved to phase one. For this 2, I can consider visiting again.

Stayed one night. Had a nice experience. There was light throughout the stay. Standby generator working perfectly. Response time is great. Staff very courteous. Food very good. Environment serene. Try them out.

Hospitality sense was heavenly and I recommend it for any guest who so desires affordable accomodations, restaurant and bar services.

Rates are affordable and cool for relaxation for her class. Access road to the hotel is bad and need to be fix for more patronage. Showers need to be fixed in the bathroom to ease up female folks taking their bath.

The rooms are spacious with regular power supply and water heating facilities functional. Attendants are friendly and courteous. However, the access road leading from Aka into the hotel is in a deplorable state.
