Nice structure. Haa a good ambience at the reception, swimming pool, functional elevator. However, room 303 where I was lodged had leaking flexible under the water heater, shower head was faulty and the cover gave way. Also the door did not lock properly! I called at night for change in bedsheet because I felt it was not fresh, but the reception said they could not provide at that time.
The house keeper should ensure all facilities are working before allocating the room. Faults should be given prompt attention

Lovely ambience..n good food.
Only the service was a lil disatisfying..no ice for drinks, u hv to kip calling for towels, toilet paper n soap

The food was great. The chef did a nice one. The rooms are fine too but they HVAC system needs proper maintenance.
