Nice looking hotel in a strategic location. Service used to be excellent but has lately become frustrating. Generator goes off every now u0026 then, facilities in rooms becoming outdated, guests are charged a percentage of food/drink prices for room service, food/drinks unreasonably pricey and yet not exactly tasty...The management really needs to review how the hotel is run.

Nice hotel ????, clean rooms, courteous staff, pretty large parking lot, nice bar and kitchen, automated doors, including the one at the reception, security is fine, with functional WiFi facility. Available flip flop for bath. Toothbrush ???? toothpaste and other bathing effects adorned the bathrooms. The prices are affordable, with free breakfast.
On the flipside, when power goes off, a smaller generating set is started and the air-conditioning and water heater are disconnected from the source. Efforts should be made at improving on the bedding - bedspread and duvet, they are not up to standard. No wheelchair accessible entrance. The hotel management should collaborate with others on the street, to fix the road leading to the hotel. No swimming pool though.

Big space, tasty meals, lots of facilities and a really clean and sizable pool. I love the protocols here—makes you feel safe. But, its an old hotel that could use a lot of renovation to boost its appeal and get more publicity.

Good place. But you have to wait for your room to be checked before you leave.

Nice place in a secure and serene environment, though it was difficult to access at first but subsequently found a shorter route to the road. Great room service and reception, very friendly staff, especially the the lady at the gate. Free swimming and gym facilities. It was cumbersome asking for wifi code on daily basis. I enjoyed the complementary breakfast but the kitchen staff need to be abit more friendly and faster. Overall, i enjoyed my stay, will come again.

Lovely hotel, their rooms are beautiful and they have a great maintenance culture for their rooms . The rooms have discounted rates on weekends with complimentary breakfast.
Additionally, there is a pool and gym with WiFi connectivity.
Should have given them 5 stars, but there just 2 treadmills in the gym and one of them was bad during my visit.

Again I came back late to my estate and decided to stay over @ grand Venice not minding my 1st worst experience.
My God!
I ordered for a plate of Native soup. Gosh ????????????.
I have never seen something or tried something as terrible as your meal.
Met a dirty/used tea cup inside the fridge, toilet was flooded ????
Smelling room.
Towel had stitches,
AC is too noisy,
Table had onion from previous guest.
Slow service.
