The jam n lock they use is very tiring and frustrating,was locked out for close to two hours because of it, like I mean who still uses key to open doors????....food service is zero, I can't demand wat I want n hv it prepared, it must be from there options, why!!!?, They take forever to clean out the rooms...I don't even understand their pool colour????..... through out my out stay I wasn't given towel????????.... Tight bathrooms but their food is nice????

Good location with excellent service.the AC is very active and good room arrangements
