Peace Estate, off east west road (Rumuokoro axis) PH is small, calm and serene. First Bank is right in front of the Estate. Its only challenge is bad roads within the Estate which I believe will be fixed as soon the residents are done with their buildings.

Very quiet and peaceful. The management are working very hard. It is a safe environment.

Peace Estate is situated along EARST-Weast Road by FIRST BANK just before the Eliozu flyover .

The estate have good road net work, security and eassy access to may part of port Harcourt metropolis .

When looking for afford and well organized place to live in I suggest peace estate, well lit (constant power supply)
Well secured friendly environment, well developed, friendly neighborhood
