I'm a regular customer at PEP Stores Rumuola Road, Port Harcourt. I shop for some of my 4 year old daughter's clothes there. However, in November 2021, one of the sales ladies, Lizzy (very dark in complexion and average height) was quite rude when I requested for a rest room for my baby who was almost wee-ing on her self. She showed ZERO EMPATHY with a silly I-do-not-care attitude. I left there quite angry, at her attitude and the fact that.a big store like that has NO RESTROOM .
