Very terrible experience. Seemed they just wanted to delay me for no reason. Went to have my fasting blood sugar checked, took the sample and had me wait for over 4 hours. They casually suggested I should go buy biscuits if I was hungry. How can you ask a diabetic to go buy biscuit? Very terrible service.

I received VERY poor service from the female pediatric doctor I met on 20th July, 2021. She displayed a very unprofessional, nonchalant attitude towards me and my kids. A nursing/admin staff had made an understandable error with my folder. I believe that's something that could have been corrected internally, without even displaying her disappointment before her patient. But she chose to direct her grievance to me in a rude manner. This doctor's behavior is a complete contrast to how I've known Ebony Hospital. Proper training should be given to staff such as this one please.

Good reception, automatic door, entrance, no delay approach in attending to patients with polite rapt attention. Absolute professionalism! Affordable especially middle class,

Ebony Hospital is one of the very best. Professional Staff with excellent services. Active and functional units, especially dialysis, Accident and Emergency. Steady power supply. Strongly recommended!

Ebony Hospital is patient friendly, professional care, neat with 24hours power supply. It's environment is serene with good car park. Security is paramount.

A really nice hospital. There's a gate, an automatic door.
A nice place to sit and wait to be attended to.
Security here is also commendable.

Friendly staff, good medical facilities but they are not time conscious at all, at all.
