Very rude security staff. Disrespectful little boys! I went there to make a reservation for my wedding eve and wedding night and the untrained boys at the gate stopped me at the gate asking what I was looking for. At a hotel!! What business of theirs is it what a guest is there for?!. After explaining why I was there, they bluntly refused me entrance. Saying they're fully booked and I can't go in. At the gate! It's not their job to tell me that and I wasn't there to stay; I wanted to make a booking for the future. A hotel like this should not skimp on funds for security. I don't know what else will make you employ such uncultured boys as security personnel.

Though a short and indoor period here, I enjoyed the hotel. Great room layout, courteous staff and good food.

Lovely hotel with courteous staff and excellent cuisine. Lodged at the new annex building. The room and bathroom were very good. The mattress was orthopedic, intercom and A/C worked while the TV offered 13 cable stations. The wifi worked OK during the day but is blazing fast at night! Only slight setback was water stopping periodically while I was bathing, probably due to it being the last floor. The elevator was not in use as at the time of my stay but it's just 3 floors so consider it a bit of exercise (lol). All in all, a very positive experience.

Located in the heart of the town where you can easily access anywhere. Meals were tasty and friendly staffs. Here are my complains, I lodged in this hotel for 3 days with a friend who stayed in another room so we mostly spent time in each other's room. 1. His AC didn't work properly and the management couldn't help. 2. I never cared about using refrigerator in my room until the second day my friend came to my room and requested for cold water only for me to notice there was no refrigerator in the room.

The customer service was bad , really bad mostly at the reception. My welcome package was an old and smelly towel that should have been discarded or better still used as a rag. A door that wasn’t locking, and after complaining, the receptionist was reluctant in changing the room which prompted us to lodge out. That wasn’t nice at all.
