We made use of their conference hall for a seminar and the ambience was so serene. I really loved the aquarium and the beautiful fishes in them. Clean restroom with fully functional equipments. Despite the number of people present, it wasn't hot as the ACs worked efficiently. There was no power outage. Beautiful chandeliers, beautiful staff, beautiful hotel.... I definitely recommend. ????????????

The ambience is nice but their customer service is poor. Only accommodating personnel is the reception. Female Waitresses and manager in the restaurant are quite rude and no matter how you request for something to be prepared a certain way, they do as they like. I have Stayed there for about 1 month with no efforts to improve so I left today.

I enjoyed every bit of my stay there. The hotel was welcoming and friendly staff, my room was very clean and spacious, they had varieties of tasty meals and it's a buffet. The pool side was nice both day and night view
I will love to visit again and I recommend it

It is a place you are sure of getting the value of your money.
Every bit of my stay there was great.
The Front Office staff are welcoming and very friendly. I remember Ruth also I can't forget JOHNSON the PORTER. I score him 100% the guy was so accomodating, very neat, smart and speaks well. On our day of checking out, the elevator was working and later became out of use due to routine mentainance according to the notice pasted on it. So everyone had to use the stairs for almost 2hours.

The porter helped bring down all our luggages using the stairs and wasn't complaining. Maybe he knew such will come up and he came prepared.????
Clean rooms with good AC and they had tasty meals with beautiful restaurant. The pool side too was clean with good music day and night.

But the house keepers takes too long to deliver anything you requested for. Imagine I had to wait for almost 20mins to get a towel and they brought only one. We needed to iron some shirts it took the laundry guy so long to come and pick them. Front office kept saying they were sending him to our room.

Didn't enjoy my stay at this place. A number of things were just not up to scratch. Plus there's this church beside the facility that had church services all day long for 4 days... not too serene

It was my second time staying here, first was before the COVID lockdown.
I'm disappointed the hotel hasn't been maintained. On entry, the security at the door asked that I wear a mask while everyone in the reception including the staff didn't have a mask on.
I could also smell the toilet from the entrance.
Check in was fast, the staff was efficient here. The room was however damp. It felt like it hasn't been aired in a long while. The sheets and towels used to be white and you can see signs of slowly declining infrastructure. Ruth and Godwin were a pleasure and always had a smile, perhaps the reason I stayed another night.
Good service but in dire need of renovation.
