Service is poor. Ordered for food and it took 2hrs for them to prepare it. I ended up buying food outside. Hotel is neat but needs good rehabilitation and management

Great service and affordable too. Facilities are quite old but the work and the room I stayed in, the standard double is comfortable. They also have weekend and weekday rates. Weekend rates being cheaper.

I was here 3 years ago and the facilities were outdated and archaic, with the rooms being so stuffy and stale but there has been vast improvement now when I checked in today. The facilities have been upgraded and the management are more welcoming and professional!!!.
There has been a remarkable transformation since when I was here and now. Kudos!!!

It's a lovely place to be, but I'd like the gate men to be more friendly, and the swimming pool is really deep that's good but the shallow part too is very deep I wish it could be a little shallow, but aside this complaints it's a very nice place, i enjoyed the short time spent in Maas central

It's a shadow of what it used to be. The AC in the suite I stayed was not cooling, the fan helped. Wifi was not available. The 2 star is just for old time sake, its actually a one star rating it deserved.

my advice to anybody that wants to check into this hotel is...DON'T DO IT.
not only are your valuables not safe, the management is not responsive to you.
I recently stayed at this hotel (September 2017). my first impression was how rude the Manager of the hotel was. I requested to check out of the hotel a little later than scheduled, and I was given an ultimatum as, in his words, they don't accommodate that. so, while I was rushing to check out of the hotel in time to avoid this ultimatum, I forgot my IPad on the bed. upon realizing the missing IPad at the airport, I called the hotel and spoke with the manager and they refused to produce the item which was conspicuously laying on the bed (the last place I had it before I check out.)
bottom-line, if you are going to stay in Maas Central Hotel Port Harcourt, you stay at your own risk.
