Old edifice dilapidated by the untamed tongue of unruly staff and the meagre mind of a manager who opens arms for profit and look the other way at the most terribly old and disgusting bed sheets and curtains. The inner paintings and colour are a child's play. Considering it's fine location and access away from traffic to the airport, one would expect better. N6000 does not and should not be an excuse for poor maintenance and customer's service.

Comfy and cheap. Paid N6000 for the Delight room. 24hours light, functional air conditioning, hot and cold water, courteous staff and affordable meals, (compared to other Hotels). You may need an extension if you are very attached to your phone and you wish to chat and charge at the same time because the sockets in most rooms aren't beside the bed. They lost 1 star because my bathroom drain was clogged, but it was sorted out pretty fast. Also, their "mosquito spray" smells like cigarette and the rooms (at least the 6000 and below ones) don't come with complementary bottled water for the fridge.

Rooms are ok. Services are ok. Meals are not too ok. Environment is ok. 24hrs power supply.

I lodged here over a month ago, and I had fun here, the hotel is affordable, and the prices are just right, they offer prices that fit the rooms you want to take, they have a stand by generator and cable. Located at east west road after nkpolu, you take the road by the left that leads to NTA and they have two hotels with the same name in proximity to each other, so check it out today, and it's just 100 naira transport from university of Port Harcourt
