I had a terrible experience here, after shopping, I made a payment using a POS machine, and after much delay, the payment was declined and I was immediately debited. Due to the recent issues with Zenith, I told the lady that I've been debited meaning they have received my payment and I've been experiencing the same issue for the past 3 days she insisted that I do a transfer and her manager will confirm. So, I told her to call and manager so I can explain to him if he can receive an alert then he can confirm if my payment went through which she obliged and called her manager over. To my greatest surprise, after she explained to her manager what had happened the manager walked out of me and the lady, the other customers in the queue were so angry at him. I left all the items I bought and walked away. I never received a reversal and my bank confirmed that Everyday Supermarket Mgboba did receive my payment.
