Its low cost hotel. The staffs are actually friendly but not informed. They need educating and information inorder to help or serve their customer better. They are not even aware that hotel booking can be made through third party site or travel agent. when you make a booking here, its better to request to check the rooms and toilet before making payment. The hotel needs more staff to run it and proper security. It could also use a lot of fumigation.
