Its low cost hotel. The staffs are actually friendly but not informed. They need educating and information inorder to help or serve their customer better. They are not even aware that hotel booking can be made through third party site or travel agent. when you make a booking here, its better to request to check the rooms and toilet before making payment. The hotel needs more staff to run it and proper security. It could also use a lot of fumigation.

It's a three-star hotel. It's okay but for those who enjoy high taste of living for each minute of their lives, they may try 4 and 5-stars. Cheers

The place seems to be under heavy construction and renovations, and as such, the facilities suffer the blunt of the ongoing works. You will not get any running hot shower, even in the deluxe room, and no room service either.

The electric wiring is hazardous, and the WiFi is non-functional. Spend your time elsewhere.

This place is very degraded, as you can see the airconditions are old, rooms are very poor, as the smell damp, a lot of sex workers stay here, no consideration for people with disabilities. The hotel is a shadow of it's self.

Interesting location in town (GRA) ie can be easily located. Has affordable rooms for as low as N7,000 and also expensive accommodation.
Good workers but still needs an upgrade to really tush the place as wear and tear already taking place already.

Old and dilapidated infrastructure barely useful for use. Affordable as a low end hotel
